We transformed an underused garage into a fully functional living area. By partitioning the internal space, we were able to add three entirely new rooms to the home.
What We Did
Space Partitioning: We used stud wall partitioning to divide the garage into three distinct sections: a new bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom, and a dedicated utility area.
Full Service Overhaul: Carried out a complete plumbing and electrical install throughout the new rooms to support the bathroom and utility appliances.
External Matching: Bricked up the original garage door opening and installed a new window with matching brickwork to make the conversion look like a natural part of the house.
nternal Finish: Plastered and finished all rooms, including integrated ceiling spotlights, to create a bright and modern interior.
